As Hope and Fear Churn Within us

Messages to my “Fellow Warriors” who daily fight the battle against cancer to inspire and give energy to our common fight.

Dear Fellow Warriors,

I want to start by acknowledging the tremendous strength and courage that you possess. Battling cancer is an incredibly difficult journey, and it takes an incredible amount of fortitude to keep fighting day after day.

But please know that you are not alone in this fight. There are countless others out there who are going through similar struggles, and we stand with you in solidarity. We understand the physical, emotional, and mental toll that cancer can take, and we are here to support you in any way we can.

I want to remind you that you are not defined by your cancer diagnosis. You are so much more than your illness, and your strength and resilience in the face of adversity is truly awe-inspiring. I am in awe of the way you continue to show up for yourself and for others, even when things feel impossible.

Remember that there is always hope. Even when things feel bleak and overwhelming, know that there are always new treatments and breakthroughs on the horizon. And no matter what, you have the power to fight back against this disease and live your life to the fullest.

Finally, I want to say that I am honored to be fighting alongside you. We may not know each other personally, but we are all united in this common battle against cancer. Let’s continue to support and uplift each other, and never lose sight of the incredible strength and resilience that lies within us.
